HOW TO ORDER

By phone, fax, e-mail or in writing. Order by part number and give a short description of your order(s). Please include your full name, shipping address with zip code, phone number of shipping address and day time phone number where you can be reached. You must provide a street address for delivery.

TERMS

All orders require 50% down payable with a cashier's check. Payable to Bebops Glass Works. Balance of payment is due prior to shipping. We cannot ship COD.

SALES TAX

All Tennessee residents include the appropriate sales tax when ordering.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped the most economical way and purchaser will pay all shipping costs. Special orders may require lengthy lead times which you will be notified of at time of order.

Claims for damage, open or concealed, must be made to the carrier.

BACK ORDERS

If an item is on back-order you will be notified at time of order. All back-orders will be shipped via the same payment terms as original shipment.

RETURN MERCHANDISE

All sales are final and merchandise may not be returned without written consent from American Street Rod Design, Inc.

Approved returns must be made by the original purchaser within 30 days and must be accompanied by copy of the original invoice.

All returns must be freight prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Custom ordered merchandise may not be returned.

LIABILITY

American Street Rod Design, Inc., has no control over the installation and/or other uses of it products and will not be held liable for personal, property, legal or financial damages or claims stemming from the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection. All prices are subject to change without notice
